Owner to upgrade I-10 McDonald’s
The Big Mac will soon have a new home in Seguin — with double the space.

Paul Godwin, owner of both McDonald’s locations in Seguin, has announced he will be building a new restaurant to replace the current building on Interstate 10.Like other Sprint modems, the U600 connects r4i to Sprint's CDMA 3G and WiMAX 4G networks on a $60/month plan that includes unlimited WiMAX and 5GB of 3G use.

“The new building will be next door to where the current location is,” Godwin said.Light up the architecturally table lamps interesting parts of your home. “It is going to be quite a bit larger. The design includes two areas to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner,Compact fluorescent light bulbs convert a led tube considerably higher percentage of their energy into light, which is why they are significantly more energy efficient than traditional filament bulbs. Godwin said.

“There will be the main lobby and a community room for special occasions or large groups — like baseball teams or soccer teams,” he said.

To keep business running smoothing, Godwin said a little more help might be needed.

“We are expecting to hire 20-25 additional employees,” he said.

During construction, Godwin will be upgrading more than just the building itself.

“It is going to be built with new technologies,” he said. There is going to be new point of sale equipment that is currently being installed in other McDonald’s and there will be new types of grills. All the way through it is going to be the newer technology that has been developed over the last couple of years.”

While the signature colors of McDonald’s remain red and yellow,Under efforts of led spotlight boosting the viability of LED luminaires, many companies are expanding high-power selections. this new location will have hints of a different shade, Godwin said.

“The new building will also be “green” with LED lights — inside and outside — with some other energy saving equipment built in to try to reduce the amount of energy we use,” he said.

Work is expected to start in a couple of weeks, with completion scheduled in late fall, Godwin said.

“We’re ready to get started,” he said. “This building is 19 years old and we didn’t have the room to seat everybody and we decided we needed to make it larger.”
